Full Job Description

For this exciting, hands-on role Masterworks Live (MLive) is looking for a tenacious and energetic professional, responsible for the delivery, development and expansion of Sponsorship and Brand Partnerships across multiple live companies within the group's growing and international portfolio. From sales delivery to value proposition and partner contracting, this role is directly targeted to increase income and maximise profits across event P&L's. This role is based on site at our Sony Music offices in Kings Cross, London.,

  • Develop and implement a sponsorship & partnership sales plan for each individual MLive business unit, in partnership with the MLive MDs.
  • Target objectives include increasing sponsorship sales and creating sponsorship / partnership products and licensing deals to meet or exceed the individual business objectives.
  • Develop and implement a sponsorship / partnership budget to achieve the sales plans.
  • Develop, maintain and implement sponsorship / partnership guidelines to support sales funnel prospecting, satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage all sponsorship / partnership activities at a top line level. Responsible for sponsor prospecting, proposal customisation and presentation, sponsorship deliverables, contract revision and servicing, sponsor follow-up and support, trade shows development and representing the company at industry functions.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of contacts and sponsorship leads
  • Submit partner plans, prospect activity, and forecast reports to each CEO and the MLive directors; provide briefings to others as necessary or as requested.

    Track record of income generation in the live events space, with experience developing partnership products and agreements
  • Good understanding of the live industry, profit margins and the ability to identify areas for both short and long term success
  • You are an excellent negotiator with strong business acumen, strategic thinking, attention to detail, and data-driven decision-making
  • You will already have an existing network of relevant contacts to bring to this role
  • Comfortable being in a standalone role, working collaboratively with different functions across different business units.
  • Proactive self starter with the ability to initiate both quick wins and long term deals
  • Experience successfully operating within a dynamic and matrixed environment
  • Proven experience in sales pitching techniques with strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills and strict attention to detail is imperative.
  • Hands on salesperson with proven skills to deliver strong and profitable partnership deals
  • Understands the importance of being present at events to manage client expectations
