Key Responsibilities We are looking for a skilled Corporate Finance Lead to manage Sage's quarterly market valuation exercise, working closely with external advisors and key internal stakeholders. You'll partner with the FP&A team to keep Sage's financial plans current and collaborate with experts across Tax, Treasury, and Investor Relations to ensure accurate valuation outputs. You'll oversee Sage's leverage and capacity model, providing real-time insights, and play a key role in corporate finance advisory, including share buyback programs and dividend growth recommendations. You'll also lead working capital reporting, cash flow forecasting, and support M&A projects, ensuring smooth integration and accurate reporting.

Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to drive Sage's corporate finance and working capital efforts. In this role, you will make critical decisions that shape our financial agenda, leveraging data and analysis, while leading and empowering a high-performing team. You'll collaborate with internal and external partners, working on varied initiatives that support Sage's efficient growth and scaling. Based in our London office, with a minimum of three days per week in the office, this role is ideal for a qualified financial professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about developing others., We are seeking a qualified finance professional with extensive experience to lead our corporate finance and working capital efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both corporate finance and working capital within large, listed businesses and a proven ability to manage high-performing teams. You should be highly adaptable, driven, and self-motivated, with excellent financial accounting, reporting, and valuation skills. You should be skilled in financial modelling and valuation, with an agile mindset and a creative approach to problem-solving.
