Full Job Description

As Directorate Admin Support you would help provide a full range of administrative duties to the clinical team including the Theatre Manager. You will need to have a friendly disposition with a good basic education. This is a busy role so the need to be able to work autonomously and have the ability to work along side other staff members is essential.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply., To provide a full range of clerical services to the Clinical staff within Theatres and providing assistance to the Theatre Manager and Assistant Service Manager. The role is a varied and busy one so you will need to have good interpersonal skills along with good computer and organisational skills. The need for confidentiality is essential in this role as is the attention to detail.
