Directorate Lead for Psychological Services & Professions: Children's

In this role you will have responsibility for professionally and clinically leading the other Consultant grade Psychologists in the Directorate and will provide clinical supervision to these and other Consultants within the Trust as appropriate to your expertise. You will drive research and quality improvement, and actively engage in local, regional and national fora to support the development of these services. You will have excellent communication skills, be highly motivated, able to maintain focus and purpose, and respect and value team working at all levels. We are looking for someone who embraces co-production to help us achieve the best possible psychological services for children and young people and their families. We are a warm, supportive and experienced group of Consultant Clinical Psychologists and you will be well-supported professionally by the Director of Psychological Professions and Services, the other Directorate Leads for Psychological Professions and Services and the
wider Consultant Psychologist and Psychotherapists group. You will have regular clinical supervision and be supported to continue to professionally develop.
