Full Job Description

Support the OPMH service in the development and implementation of the service pathways and specification.

Support the implantation of evidence based practice within OPMH Community Services

Support Data Quality within the OPMH Directorate.

Be responsible for the implement performance management arrangements for the locality.

Be responsible for the practice leadership support to the directorate community practice leads.

Be responsible with the Directorate Management team for the management of directorate resources to deliver services which meet the required financial, performance and quality standards.

Support the delivery of service plans to specification and agreed development objectives.

Ensure that services are delivered by practitioners weith the appropriate knowledge, skills and attitudes., Be responsible for maintaining effective communication with their professional peers in the wider health and social care community.

The post holder will be required to provide and receive highly complex/sensitive information and data which they will need to share with a wide range of stakeholders. The post holder will require good persuasive and motivational skills and will need to be able to demonstrate highly developed communication, written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Be able to demonstrate highly developed negotiating skills in what may be difficult, sometimes confrontational situations.

Ensure dissemination of best practice, productive and positive team working with senior management colleagues within the Directorate and Trust as required.
