The salary scale above has been agreed as part of the NHS Agenda for Change pay award for 2024/2025 and will be implemented in November 2024 backdated to 1st April 2024 where applicable., The Welsh Ambulance Services University NHS Trust (WAST) is looking for a highly professional, motivated, and reliable individual to undertake administrative and secretarial duties to support the Clinical Directorate's Senior Management team
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and changing environment providing professional administrative support and resolving day-to-day challenges.
The base will be agreed on recruitment and there are flexible working arrangements for staff to work remotely.

+ An extensive knowledge of administrative procedures
+ The ability to use your own initiative to prioritise a varied workload.
+ You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as good organisational and time management qualities.
+ You will be expected to appropriately manage confidential, complex, and sensitive information, exercising discretion, and always upholding high professional and ethical standards.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
