Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Disability & Dyslexia Team Administrator to work in the busy and progressive Disability and Learning Support Team, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality information, advice and guidance services.
You will be part of a team who are responsible for the administrative processes around setting up support for students with specific learning differences, physical and sensory impairments, mental health, and autistic spectrum conditions, as well as other disabilities and long-term medical conditions. This back office role will require you to allocate effective support for students and be a point of contact for the staff who provide this service.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
o Allocating non-medical help for students in a timely manner
o Being a point of contact for staff providing non-medical help to students and for Learning Support Coordinators making referrals
o Supporting the recruitment process of non-medical help staff
o Keeping records accurate and up to date
o Assisting the Team with administrative tasks, including bookings for events or training
o Maintaining records for external audits and preparing documentation as requested by auditors.
