- To support adults who are autistic or have a learning or physical disability or experience mental ill health.
- To support vulnerable adults live in their own home.
- Support people living in a range of accommodation styles including individual apartments, specialist single story properties and shared houses.
- A support worker & specialist support worker will be supporting people to do everyday thing which can help to change someone's life.
- The support provided will enable people with complex needs to live the life they choose and reach their full potential.
