What you'll do

You’ll perform quality assurance and audit duties, work proactively with the delivery team and the case management team, ensure all team processes have been followed, check data integrity, validate request approvals and work with extreme accuracy and attention to detail.

You’ll also:

  • Be accountable for producing quality assurance documentation, a quality assurance delivery report and quality assurance completion email
  • Ensure data integrity by investigating and driving mitigation of any data errors in advance of quality assurance completion
  • Be accountable for producing audit checklists and completing monthly audit reports
  • Work as a strong team player, prioritising urgent requests and ensuring that 90% of cases pass through quality assurance within 24 hours
  • Analysing complex data sets in a highly regulated environment
  • Maintain the teams document library on an annual and ad-hoc basis to ensure colleagues are kept up to date with process changes

The skills you'll need

You'll need experience working in an eDiscovery role, with the ability to analyse complex data sets in a highly regulated environment. You should also have excellent attention to detail and able to work with accuracy at pace, and a good understanding of data confidentiality and regulatory guidelines.

You’ll also need:

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, working with vlookups, macros and pivot tables
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate well with peers and management
  • Previous exposure to a wide range of IT systems and software packages
  • The ability to work well under pressure, prioritise effectively and produce work of high standards to strict deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail, able to work with accuracy at pace
  • Perpetuate and contribute to an ethical, healthy work environment and culture with an appreciation of inclusion and diversity
