If the answer to the questions above is yes, we welcome you to apply for an exciting opportunity as a Disease Area Manager at Roche Diagnostics UK & Ireland., You will join the Clinical Marketing team, which currently focuses on high medical value solutions for cardiology, oncology, neurology, diabetes, women's health, and infectious diseases. Reporting to the Senior Market Manager for Clinical Marketing, you will join a dynamic team and be responsible for the marketing of our high medical value solutions. You will be responsible for delivering on the marketing plan and working cross functionally with colleagues in the UK and globally.
A self-motivate professional with experience in commercial roles within pharmaceuticals or diagnostics and with a proven track record of creative and strategic thinking.
Essential skills and experience
Relatable previous experience and ability to demonstrate transferable skills to the role
Knowledge and understanding of the diagnostics and/ or healthcare market
Commercial/ business know-how in a B2B business environment
Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work in a highly complex, cross-functional environment and stay focused on critical goals and outcomes
Desirable skills and experience
Marketing or business qualification or equivalent
Knowledge/experience of disease area
Matrix management skills
Project management
