Full Job Description
We are looking for someone on a part-time basis (20 hours per week, including one weekend day) to join our friendly team., Within this role you will work as part of a team of vets who are responsible for:
- Ensuring prescription validity, clinical accuracy and compliance with VMD regulations
- Liaising with veterinary practices and prescribing veterinary surgeons to clarify any prescription anomalies or queries
- Working with the prescription administration team to ensure that all prescriptions are processed in a timely manner
MRCVS Qualified Veterinary Surgeon (New or recent graduates are welcome to apply) - Some clinical experience as a qualified veterinary surgeon is preferred but not essential
- An up to date CPD record
- Basic computing skills
- Good customer service skills
