Full Job Description

  • Assist the team at Loading Bay when required.
  • Ensure that all mail items are sorted and distributed in accordance with the mailroom guidance.
  • Responsible for replenishment of paper and toner cartridges of printers
  • Responsible for replenishment of stationary items within the stationary area
  • Track and trace the deliveries.
  • Ensure all duties and tasks are completed in line with company procedures and policies.
  • Responsible for maintaining and complying with company Health and Safety standard.
  • Monitor and respond to queries in the Mailroom team mailboxes.

    Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good understanding of mailroom process and requirements
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, flexible and ambitious
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with a diverse range of both internal and external contacts.
  • Proactive and sensible approach to issue resolution and related tasks.
