District / Community Nurses

As one of UK's leading team supplying nurses to care homes, nursing homes and NHS hospitals in the country, we'll care for you, so you can care for them. We are offering block bookings or ad-hoc shifts within the Mersey area. Rates of pay varying from £20.00 - £30.00 per hour, we also offer flexibility in the way you are paid., Community nursing teams provide a wide range of care and support to housebound and temporarily housebound individuals who are over 18. This includes:

• Coordinating care for individuals with long term conditions
• Administering medication and supporting self-administration
• Dressing and managing wounds
• Providing Catheter Care in Clinics and within the individuals home
• Providing Wound Care for housebound individuals after surgery
• Supporting issues around continence Caring at end of life
  
  A current NMC Registration and have a minimum of six months of qualified general nursing experience.
• You will be required to meet our framework compliance criteria e.g. references, DBS and Occupational Health.
• Adaptability and flexibility to work in a variety of teams
