Full Job Description

  • Create and manage the D&I calendar, coordinating networks and D&I messaging with Internal/Operational Comms teams.
  • Develop analytics to track the impact of each event.
  • Support both online and in-person events, including training and listening groups, managing attendee lists, monitoring attendance, and handling pre/post-coursework.
  • Attend network events, maintain action logs, and ensure upcoming celebrations are included in plans.
  • Regularly update and review content to reflect the D&I calendar, ensuring high quality.
  • Provide administrative support to the D&I Advisor and Head of D&I, manage purchase orders, payments, and event logistics.

    A genuine passion for Diversity & Inclusion, with some knowledge in this area.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks seamlessly.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and excels under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Experience working in a large, dynamic, and ever-evolving organization.
