An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Data Analytics Team at UHBW in the newly created role of Divisional Analytics Team Manager.
The Divisional Analytics Team Manager will be help establish the provision of Business Intelligence solutions that meet the needs of UHBW Clinical Divisions and support the UHBW input to the delivery of Integrated Acute Care (ICS) with Healthcare partners. They will be key in shaping and leading a newly formed Divisional Analytics Team within the wider Data Analytics and Business Intelligence function and will have autonomy of decision making in the specification of the delivery of Business Intelligence solutions to clinical divisions., Control the prioritisation of Divisional and ICS BI workload including the complete organisation of delivery mechanisms.
Manage the BI Analysts when working on those solutions and plan the BI Analyst team work priorities in these areas in conjunction with the BI Solutions Manager.
Be accountable for the resolution of BI issues and scheduling conflicts
To assess and prioritise reporting requirements on behalf of the Divisions to ensure data and information provided is relevant to their key priorities.
Implement the technical strategy of the Digital Hospital Programme Board via the BI Steering Group/Design Authority, taking a lead on reporting design
Develop the strategy for Divisional reporting solutions across both clinical and nonclinical areas Trust wide.
Identify and implement the processes required to deliver Divisional input to corporate reporting and statutory information delivery, leading on the practices to enable that delivery and interpreting national requirements.
The post holder will design and adapt procedures to meet ICS demands and act as the BI link to their programmes and as the link to the clinical Divisions as the analytical lead on their requirements. This will involve input to the prioritisation of all requests to the BI team., the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
