Working as part of the wider Dean's Office, this is an exciting opportunity to learn about and contribute to the strategic aims of the School as part of the Academic Support team. On a day-to-day basis the role holder will provide administrative support for designated areas of work and activities within two academic divisions in SoM. This role will involve dealing with a wide range of matters, sometimes of a confidential nature and includes interaction with high profile internal and external visitors to the Division and School. The post holder must be able to prioritise effectively and work to tight deadlines on their own initiative, and to learn new systems and procedures rapidly. This is a busy and varied role which requires the post-holder to have excellent people, communication and organisational skills.
