It's a task that calls for a broad range of experience in leading housing services, and the financials associated with it. We'll also be looking for excellent stakeholder engagement, and communication skills. These talents are essential, as you'll be leading complex projects, programmes, and change management initiatives. We'll also be looking the ability to develop and drive teams, while upholding a culture of equality, diversity and inclusivity.
