Full Job Description

We are recruiting for a Divisional Personal Assistant who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.

You will provide effective administrative support to the Senior Divisional Leadership Team.

The Divisional PA will be responsible for providing effective administration support. This will include taking minutes, diary management and general admin duties.

Act as first point of contact for the Senior Leadership Team and manage enquiries promptly and efficiently in a confidential manner.

To support the creation and updating of forms and documentation for directorate staff.

To assist with the co-ordination and management of directorate and clinical Governance meetings, which take place at MVCC

    In addition, you will receive a High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of your basic salary, subject to a minimum payment of £4,314 and a maximum payment of £5,436 per annum pro rata.
