Full Job Description

Division D is seeking a highly professional, comprehensive, and confidential Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Divisional Triumvirate. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of the division, requiring the post holder to manage a variety of tasks with utmost efficiency and discretion., + Deliver high-level administrative support to the Divisional Triumvirate.
+ Maintain the highest level of professionalism, judgement, discretion, and diplomacy.
+ Stay calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
+ Exhibit exceptional attention to detail in all tasks.
+ Work independently and unsupervised to deliver comprehensive services.
+ Prioritise numerous tasks and meet tight deadlines.
+ Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity.
+ Facilitate communication and coordination among the Triumvirate and other stakeholders.
+ Organise meetings, travel arrangements, and prepare relevant documentation.
+ Ensure efficient and effective office operations.
