Divisional Support Manager

This is a unique opportunity to join the Women's and Children Service team as a divisional support manager. The post holder will support the operational development and running of a new regional service for Children and Young People who are questioning their gender identity. Your role will involve supporting the planning, development and implementation of this new service as well as supporting the Commercial Development Manager on a range of service improvement projects across the division., The post holder will be responsible for managing limited and defined service areas within the Division. They will contribute to annual planning processes for their service areas. They will also support the planning, development and implementation of service improvement, capital and other projects for the areas they are responsible for. Provide cross cover in the Division as required.

This is the ideal role for someone with experience in outpatient administration or facilitating improvement projects; you must have well developed organisation and communication skills and have a passion for patient centred care.
