Full Job Description

Account Management; email communication with vendors, point of contact for vendors, preparing reports upon request, dealing with any ad hoc queries from vendors
Electronically scanning documents (V5)
Filing, retrieving and dispatching documents.
Document management and data verification.
Answering and responding to telephone and email enquiries.
Uploading document requests from both customer and AS400.
Preparing daily post.
Preparing monthly bulk taxation files
Excel reporting
Ensuring that any SLA's entered between our customers and BCA are met or exceeded
Customer relationship management

Good team player and also able to work alone
Wants to learn and develop
Good organisational ability
Good at building working relationships
Good knowledge of Excel (essential)
General PC skills and awareness
Experience in preparation and distribution of reports
Keen eye for detail
Able to communicate effectively at all levels
