Full Job Description

We're looking for Document Controller (Information Coordinator) to join our Build Team based in Weybridge., Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us What will you be responsible for? As an Document Controller (Information Coordinator) , you'll be working within the Digital Team, managing the project common data environment (CDE) and provide ongoing training and support to project stakeholders. Your day to day will include:

  • Being the main point of contact for ongoing support and coaching, including third parties such as client teams, designers, and subcontractors.
  • Validation, checking and curation of all incoming and outgoing project documentation to the CDE including receipt, classification, verification, registry, distribution, and retrieval
  • Configuration and preparation of status reports on workflows, sample submissions, TQs, RFIs, other reportable data and user activity to inform digital dashboards
  • Ongoing maintenance of project file naming protocols with the information manager and project team, in line with Kier protocols and ISO 19650

    Proficient in Viewpoint
  • Comprehension of industry standard naming conventions. ISO 19650-2 National Annex preferred
  • Competent experience with Viewpoint for Project, along with the Microsoft 365 suite of tools, specifically Excel, Teams and SharePoint
  • Experience of working on projects with large volumes of data and information from various sources
