The role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in residents' rooms and communal areas, while also actively promoting continuous improvement and personalized care., The Domestic Assistant will work alongside the domestic and laundry teams to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our residents' rooms and all communal areas. They will be adaptable, approachable, and prioritize resident care at all times, contributing to a clean and healthy environment where residents are valued, respected, and retain their individuality and dignity. The Domestic Assistant will continuously assess the domestic needs of all residents and adhere to policies and procedures to deliver the highest standards of care.
