The role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the residents' rooms and communal areas, while providing personalized care and a clean, healthy environment for the residents., As a Domestic Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our residents' rooms and all communal areas. You will be adaptable, approachable, and prioritize resident care at all times, actively promoting the continuous improvement of standards in all areas. Your work will contribute to creating a clean, healthy, and comfortable environment where residents feel valued, respected, and retain their individuality and dignity. You will continually assess the domestic needs of all residents and ensure the delivery of the highest standards that make a true difference to each of our residents, contributing to the ongoing fulfillment of their lives.
