Full Job Description

Undertake duties to ensure the upkeep of a clean and hygienic environment within the hospital and other Health Board premises, inclusive of in-patient and non-patient environments under the direction of the Domestic Services Supervisor. Follow departmental procedures and provide a responsive cleaning and decontamination service for patient and non-patient areas throughout the healthcare premises.

The post holder will work across traditional staff group boundaries to provide an effective and timely service and maintain a safe and pleasant environment.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for a enthusiastic individual to work within our Hotel Services Team with a flexible approach to needs of the service.

Duties will include working with a team to create and maintain a high standard of cleanliness. This is achieved by agreed methods and may include the use of heavy machinery. Also, to ensure all patient related are duties are carried out to the highest standard at all times.
