Full Job Description
You will be responsible for maintaining high levels of cleanliness at Allen Hall by supervising a small team of cleaners in their assigned tasks and oversee the work done by the cleaning team daily. Alongside the completion of your own cleaning duties which includes servicing priests' flats, completing the laundry of residing priests and similar duties. Furthermore, you will have responsibilities surrounding managing the work schedule of the cleaning team and ensuring tasks are reassigned when needed. As well as ensuring all equipment is safe for use and well maintained. This means there's lots to get involved in - and to be excited about. What we're looking for You will have excellent communicatory skills, and an innate ability to lead a team during your time in this role. This position will allow you to develop your multitasking and delegation skills to ensure the highest standards are met and maintained throughout your time. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role for the Domestic team in the day to day running of Allen Hall.
