Full Job Description

We are currently looking for Domestic Experienced Plumber to help with emergency work and pre-booked repairs jobs, installations, pipefitting, bathrooms and underfloor heating work. As a Domestic Plumber you will be attending occupied properties and therefore customer facing experience and people skills will be essential. Please note that a Full Clean Driving Licence along with your own van & tools is required. Petrol costs will be covered approx £20 a day. Please note that candidates must live within a commutable distance no further than 40 minutes from the Hornchurch, RM12 5TR post code area to be considered for the role.,

You will be attending pre-booked appointments and have a team that manages your diary
Perform repairs and installations as per schedule and job description to a very high standard
Liaise with clients to plan jobs and explain any queries.
Use of company app to update the stage of the job and upload pictures
Use of own van and tools

Good communicator, Minimum 5-years experience in domestic plumbing
Experience working within Customer homes and dealing with the general public
Clean full UK or EU driving license
Van
NVQ Qualification
Pipefitting up to 35mm
Bathroom plumbing installations
Central heating installations
Underfloor heating installations
Clear communicator
Problem-solving
High attention to detail
Positive can-do attitude
Enjoy working as part of a team
Be self-motivated
Be self-confident, Candidates with the experience and relevant job titles of: Plumbing, Plumber, Gas Engineer, Heating Maintenance Engineer, Heating Engineer, Heating Installation Engineer, Mechanical Engineering, Services Engineer, Building Services Engineer, Ventilation Engineer, Ventilation Technician, Ventilation Systems, Pluming Engineer may also be considered for this role.
