Domestic Services Supervisor (Community-Based)

A new and exicting opportunity has arisen for a Community Based Mobile Domestic Services Supervisor.

The role involves overseeing the operational day to day supervision of Facilites services delivered to community properties facilitated by Calderdale and Huddersfield Solutions Ltd., To function as key contact for all daily operational issues, concerns and service failures, responding to and resolving such issues in a professional and timely manner.

Ensure quality services are delivered in compliance with relevant service specification and key performance indicators.

To provide continuous delivery of services and all associated policies and procedures are implemented as required.

The role involves some split shift working, which can be self managed.

The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory and cleaning experience. They will have good communication skills, be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude and they will be able to work to a schedule on their own initiative.

The candidate must hold a full driving licence and have access to own vehicle, business mileage will be reimbursed.
