Full Job Description

The role will involve the daily supervision of a large group of staff. It will involve attending wards and departments to complete audits to ensure that cleanliness levels are maintained. You will conduct appraisals, return to work interviews and training of new staff etc., This role involves the supervision of a team of Domestic Assistants to ensure cleaning to a high standard in all areas within the Freeman Hospital and external clinics. Previous experience as a Domestic Assistant in the NHS or similar environment would be preferred although full training will be given.

Hotel services is a fast paced department. You will need to be a self motivated individual who thrives in both working alone and also within a team.

You must lead by example at all times. We have extremely high standards in our Trust and we rely on our supervisors to help ensure this is maintained.
