Full Job Description

  • Supervise a team of support service assistants to ensure high-quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and efficient resource utilisation.
  • Promote a positive and supportive work environment, fostering teamwork and professional development.

    Are you a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with supervisory experience? Join our operational Facilities Management team and contribute to delivering excellent cleanliness standards, housekeeping, and domestic services., Previous supervisory experience.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Working 34.5 hours per week on a 6 week rota, covering 6am to 10pm.
