Domestic Supervisor Chef

We are looking for a full-time Domestic supervisor Chef to prepare and cook meals for the resident students at a college when required and to assist the Chef Manager supervising the running of a small catering and cleaning team in a residential college.
When cooking you will be cooking food for 30-40 people, supervising the day-to-day operation of the main kitchen and the cleaning team who look after the college building. Occasionally you will be cooking and planning meals for larger events.
You will need to demonstrate your ability to prepare and cook a wide range of meals, previous supervising experience is essential.
