Full Job Description

Your tasks as a Care Assistant will be based around the following :

  • Providing personal care

  • Administering medication

  • Assisting with daily living

  • Home help tasks

  • Being a friendly companion to our clients

  • Preparing meals and monitoring client's diets

  • Assisting to appointments

  • Ensuring that clients can remain independent in their own homes


  • A Care Assistant with Home Instead Aylesbury Vale is someone who has a kind and compassionate heart and wants to make a true difference in the quality of life for older adults.

    Our Care Assistants provide support that is completely personalised to the individual based on a close bond being formed through shared experiences and interests.

    As a full-time Care Professional, you will have guaranteed contracted hours. As part of this, it is required that you be flexible regarding your hours of work and that you are available to work weekends as well as evenings., You will enjoy building professional and respectful friendships and be comfortable spending time in the company of others with the ability to adapt to meet client's needs., We are looking for someone who has at least one year of care experience in the past, be this in a domiciliary field, a care home, or a hospital setting.

    To be considered for this role, you will need to already be in the UK and on Sponsorship.

    You will also be required to have a driver's license and access to your own vehicle and relocate to the Aylesbury area.
