Domiciliary Care Branch Manager - Chester
Location: Chester
Salary: Up to A£38,000 per annum + Growth-Based Bonus Scheme
Holidays: 28 days per year + Bank Holidays
Additional Benefits: Travel reimbursed at 35p per mile, Overtime rate of A£13.00 per hour
Are you an experienced and passionate leader in the care sector? Do you have a commitment to delivering exceptional care services? We are looking for a dedicated Domiciliary Care Branch Manager to join this dynamic team in Chester.
About the Role:
As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and growth of domiciliary care services. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services in line with CQC standards.
- Managing and developing a team of care staff to ensure excellent service.
- Ensuring all regulatory requirements are met and maintaining compliance.
- Working with senior management to develop and implement growth strategies.
- Building strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders.
- A competitive salary of up to A£38,000 per annum.
- A performance-driven bonus scheme based on branch growth.
- 28 days of holiday per year, plus bank holidays.
- Reimbursement for travel at 35p per mile.
- Overtime opportunities at a rate of A£13.00 per hour.
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within domiciliary care.
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
