Position: Domiciliary Care Branch Manager Compensation: A£42,500 per annum Hours: Full-time Location: Sudbury, Suffolk Our client is recruiting for a Domiciliary Care Branch Manager for this new branch of their business to play a pivotal role in its setup and development. This position entails overseeing and coordinating homecare services for individuals who require assistance with daily living activities while choosing to remain in their own homes. Responsibilities include ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, managing care plans, and supervising home care staff. The manager will be integral in safeguarding the wellbeing and safety of clients receiving home care services. This role involves coordinating services, managing staff, and advocating for clients to promote independence, quality of life, and optimal health outcomes. Skills and Attributes:
- Previous management experience within a domiciliary care setting is essential.
- Strong business acumen and a desire to develop and grow the service.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Possession of a full UK driving licence. Education and Qualification:
