Full Job Description
About the Role: As a Standards Trainer, you will play an important role in Sodha's Learning and Development team, ensuring that our Store Teams have the best training and coaching on the latest standards and best practices. Your responsibilities will include designing engaging training programs, conducting workshops, training assessments but most of all living by the Sodha Company Values
Role and Responsibilities
Train and coach Team Members, Trainee Managers and Signed off Managers to achieve operational excellence
· Provide hands-on training during evaluations
· Identify operational gaps and make recommendations on areas for improvement
· Act as a resource for information to the stores
· Assess and share best practices across the system
· Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement enhancements when required
· Identify and coordinate training to all store teams (workshops, webinars, 1:1 training etc)
· Educate all stores on current and any new or revised standards in a proactive manner
Conduct Audit (OER) Visits
· Understand, interpret, uphold and enforce standards, policies, and procedures in all stores
· Evaluate all systems in stores to ensure proper compliance against DPG Standards and procedures.
· Provide positive, constructive, and actionable feedback
· Proactively train and coach the team on the OER system and why its important to us a business
Administrative
· Maintain a consistent and direct link to the Operations Manager and store teams with timely and accurate communications.
· Ensure Training Platform is kept up to date and all relevant information is shared with the wider business
· Utilise store data and provided technology to effectively plan store visits.
· Excellent organizational and project management skills
· Ability to work collaboratively and independently as needed
Qualifications
· Minimum 6 months as a Dominos Store Manager (or similar experience)
· Role model operator with history of exceptional evaluation (OER) scores
· Ability to work independently and be results oriented
· Thorough understanding of Domino's Pizza standards, policies, and procedures.
· Appropriate level of computer and technology skills. (Microsoft office etc.)
· Ability to give constructive feedback to a variety of individuals
· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong presentation, interpersonal and organizational skills.
· Effective coaching and motivational skills, professional demeanor
Please Note: This role involves extensive travel, with overnight stays and weekend and evening work and you must possess a full driving license.
