• Ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Driving license
• Can maintain the Domino's brand image and standards
• Support and assist with store recruitment, induction process and training of new staff
• Capable of making decisions on stock control including disposing of out of date food, replenishment of stock levels, food rotation
• Must have experience in pizza industry
• Able to work flexible hours including most evenings, weekends, and some late-night shifts
