Full Job Description

As a Donation Centre Supervisor, you'll be a key player in the day-to-day running of our Donation Centre. You'll be leading a fantastic team of staff and volunteers, helping us sort, store, and distribute donations across our retail chain. With your energy and leadership, you'll make sure our Donation Centre runs smoothly, ensuring we have the right stock, in the right place, at the right time. You'll also play a vital role in fundraising for St Luke's, making sure every donation counts!, Efficiently sort, process, and store donated goods, keeping our retail chain stocked and ready.
Provide excellent customer service, supporting our retail department to raise essential funds.
Be a key holder responsible for opening and closing the Centre when needed.
Help train and motivate volunteers, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
Promote a safe and secure working environment by adhering to health & safety standards.
Assist with van collections and deliveries, ensuring efficient logistics.
Be hands-on and flexible-some weekend or evening work may be required.

Are you enthusiastic, motivated, and a team player with a "can-do" attitude? Do you have a knack for leading a team and a passion for retail? You should be comfortable leading a team and happy to get involved, whether that's training new volunteers, processing donations, or solving logistical challenges.
