Doncaster Warehouse Operative

· Ensure all orders are picked up and dispatched to the customer and Key Performance Indicator requirements.
· Tipping and loading of inbound / outbound vehicles.
· Receive and put away stock in a timely and orderly manner with the use of Material Handling Equipment.
· Load and dispatch orders as instructed in line with given targets and key performance indicators.
· Ensure that any issues such as failures, shorts or are escalated to your Team Leader at the earliest opportunity.
· Ensure warehouse procedures and processes are maintained in line with health & safety and good working practices.
· Shift work, including weekend working, is required. (Any 5 days out of 7)
· Overtime may be required and therefore flexibility is needed.

· Previous warehouse experience
· Experience of a picking operational required
· Possession of a VNA/counterbalance license, or willingness to complete the necessary training required.
· MHE/VNA Advantageous there may be a requirement to train to drive a Very Narrow Isle Vehicle (MHE/VNA) full training will be provided
Desirable
· Warehouse experience within a supply chain environment
· Experience of working within a retail warehouse environment would be advantageous.
