Full Job Description

To join the team, you'll need experience of managing a busy office in a service or people-focused environment, maintaining electronic and paper-based records and processing documentation. All round administration skills with a good grasp of Microsoft Office, Spreadsheets and Databases. With excellent organisational and prioritising skills, you should be a relationship-builder with a positive, flexible approach to your work.,

  • You will be working as part of a team to ensure that enough donor appointments are booked to collect the required blood groups on a daily basis to ensure patient requirements are met

  • You will provide an outstanding level of customer service as the first point of contact for donors and visitors at the donor centre or via phone or email

  • You will be the expert user in a variety of computer based applications, including established software packages (e.g. Microsoft Office) and internal software for which you will be trained

  • You will provide a comprehensive administrative service to the donor centre to ensure the overall provision of a high quality and value for money service
