Full Job Description

  • Provide a warm and professional welcome and farewell to all guests and visitors in a polite, friendly manner.
  • Assist guests with luggage handling (storage or room delivery) during arrivals and departures.
  • Assist in loading and unloading luggage to and from taxis, coaches, or other vehicles as needed.
  • Deliver parcels, incoming messages, mail, and laundry to guest rooms as required.
  • Coordinate with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

    Go above and beyond to create unforgettable guest experiences.
  • Previous experience as a doorman preferable
  • Confident conversationalist always engaging with guests
  • Passion to deliver excellent experiences
