Are you looking to kickstart a new career in insurance broking? We're seeking a motivated Trainee Account Broker to join our team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and gain experience in managing global insurance policies within one of WTW's largest outsourced Client Insurance Teams., As a Trainee Account Broker, you will:

  • Support the management of a portfolio of global insurance policies, working closely with the Client, their Captive Managers, Placing Brokers, and the WTW Global Network.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of insurance documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to key clauses and requirements.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the smooth placement and administration of insurance policies.
  • Collaborate with experienced brokers to understand the broking and placement strategy, including negotiations with insurers.
  • Gain experience in the use of WTW's Broking Platform, PPL, and other systems crucial to broking activities.
  • Contribute to maintaining and updating records, ensuring all documents are completed and filed accurately.
  • Participate in client meetings, helping to prepare materials and gaining exposure to client interactions.
  • Learn about market trends, insurer requirements, and the key factors that influence successful broking outcomes.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
