Full Job Description
Our growing Out of Hours Emergency Drainage, Plumbing and make safe department requires 2 experienced Plumbing and Drainage Engineers to join our team to complete reactive and planned maintenance repairs in domestic/residential homes.
Daily Duties will include
- Clearing internal drain blockages using all manual methods and mechanical methods
- Clearing external drain blockages using all manual and mechanical methods
- Fixing Internal plumbing Leaks
- Window Board ups
- Basic Lock Changes, forced entry and make safe to doors
- Using a PDA device to receive, acknowledge and report works
- Lone Working
- Reporting and measurement of remedial works required following emergency attendance to make safe
You will need experience of Driving a medium size van and using a High Pressure Water jet Pack along with clearing drain blockages using manual and mechanical means - Knowledge and experience of repairing drain lines
- Repairing Plumbing leaks in a residential dwelling
- Experience of Working safely in line with HSE and industry standards
- 2 Years of working as a Drainage and or Plumbing engineer on residential homes, drainage: 2 years (required)
- plumbing: 2 years (required)
- CSCS card (preferred)
- Driving Licence (required)
- DBS Check Certificate (preferred)

- Working Hours are On-site for 4 days 5.00 PM to finish Monday to Friday and 1 weekend shift 8.00AM to Finish, approx 5.00PM or 5.00PM to Finish
