Full Job Description

You will be responsible for driving and escorting our residents in a mini-bus from and to our care home, ensuring the safety of all passengers and maintain the vehicle to a high standard at all times. Demonstrating a caring attitude towards the residents of MHA, along with the positive atmosphere based on our values and mutual respect.

It's essential you have competent experience of driving a mini-bus, ideally a clean driver's licence although this is not essential. You will have high attention to detail and organisational skills being responsible for ensuring the vehicle is clean, serviced with accurate record keeping. Being of caring nature, you will have open listening skills, maintaining confidentiality and clear verbal skills to communicate respectfully to our residents and staff.
