Driver - Class 1 (Nights)

Pay Rate: £35,000 Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Shift patterns: Sunday- Thursday (6th shifts available) Location: East Cowes (PO32 6QY) DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Driver - Class 1 (Nights) to play a vital role in our distribution service. WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL? As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• Trunking from the Isle of Wight to Essex
• Shunting and loading from Portsmouth to Southampton
• Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
• Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations

• You will hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving License (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
• Forklift license (Desirable- if not obtained must be happy to be trained)
