Full Job Description
- Efficient, comprehensive delivery and collection of equipment
- Dealing with queries upon delivery of machines, operating in an understanding manner and offering guidance to the end user
- Ensuring training documents are completed and signed by the customer
- Attending regular training to keep up to date with knowledge of the Hire fleet
- Assisting the sales team with product demonstrations and training
GCSE A-C (9-4) or equivalent in Maths and English - Full UK driving licence
- Proven experience in a customer facing role
- Excellent timekeeping skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
