Driver (Grade A)

AGH Solutions is a wholly owned subsidiary of Airedale NHS Foundation Trust and provides Estates, Facilities, and procurement services for the Trust., AGH Solutions Transport & Logistics Department is committed to providing a high-quality standard of service to all its customers.

Transport & Logistics drivers undertake the transportation of various items (sterile services equipment, Linen, pathology samples, medication, records etc) to and from external community sites and the premises of other external customers.

You will be responsible for the transportation of equipment, materials, furniture, trolleys, linen, pathology samples across many NHS locations. You must be able to communicate effectively with internal & external customers and work colleagues throughout the process of delivery of the service, ensuring Airedale NHS Foundation Trust is able to deliver the right care for patients.

This is a physically demanding role and involves lifting, pulling and pushing.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, have a clean driving license and have experience in a similar kind of role.
