Driver / Receptionist

This role is an exciting blend of responsibilities: Receptionist duties: Welcome patients with compassion and ensure confidentiality. Handle a variety of patient needs, including appointment booking, comfort calls, and dealing with sensitive situations. Youll need excellent empathy and strong IT skills to navigate systems while offering support, especially in moments of distress. Driver duties: Conduct vehicle and equipment checks, and safely transport clinicians to home visits where theyll provide essential care. You may also be accompanying clinicians into patient homes.
