Full Job Description
- To provide driving tuition and assessment prior to and after recruitment targeting safe and fuel efficient driving, accident preventability and compliance.
- To assist in the development and standardisation of all assessment, training and competence criteria
- Meeting and reporting KPI's relating to costs, accidents, training, and recruitment focussing on continual improvement.
- Ensure all training records are accurate and up to date and information is readily available for both internal and external audits including BRC. Working 5 from 7 days, 50 hours per week you will be expected to be flexible in the management of your working times to suit the both needs of the business and driver training requirements.
We are looking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic LGV Driver Trainer. Working within the busy driver training team the ideal candidate will be self motivated, adaptable and reliable preferably with a background in Driver Training. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills together with a persuasive nature are necessary for this role.
Salary is dependable upon experience, to be discussed at interview.
