Driver Trainer

We have an exciting opportunity for a Driver Trainer to join our team in Bristol on a full time permanent basis. As a Driver Trainer you will be responsible for delivering driver related training, whilst evaluating and monitoring the impact of training on Culina Drivers.,

• Deliver in house, periodic Driver CPC training.
• Deliver training relating to drivers' hours / tachographs / WTD rules and regulations to new starters and existing drivers.
• Provide new starter training / inductions.
• Monitor and evaluate all training provided, assessing Culina needs and ensuring all needs are met at all times.
• Report on (both verbal and written) the ability and performance of drivers following all driver training courses undertaken, using counselling and coaching techniques as required.
• Keep and maintain up to date and accurate records of all driver training undertaken.
• Liaise with the Transport Management team as necessary in order to maximise benefits for all training provided.
• Monitor the standard of Culina Drivers driving and provide information, advice and guidance to departments such as H&S, Transport and HR.
• Complete risk assessments and safe working practices for Culina sites customer sites and delivery points.
