Deliver training based on our current 21 modules, ensuring all drivers meet safety and operational standards.
Identify additional training needs and tailor bespoke solutions, including Driver CPC modules, to address them.
Provide specialist guidance on safety and technical support to drivers and Transport Managers.
Audit training activities and driver performance to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Support driver selection, assessment, and mentoring for new drivers and apprentices, helping them develop and maintain skills throughout their training.
Keep up-to-date with relevant legislation and industry changes, ensuring drivers remain legally compliant at all times.

A confident trainer with excellent communication and people skills.
Ability to work autonomously, prioritise your workload, and manage your time effectively.
Experience in designing and delivering both classroom and in-field training.
An HGV Driver with a CAT C driving licence and a commitment to safety and compliance.
Willingness to travel and interact with drivers across your region.
